Hey Folks,
On October 13, 2011, Wacom released a new driver for the Americas (the United States, Canada, and Latin America). I glanced at Europe and it didn’t look like the driver was available for that region yet; I didn’t check any others.
There isn’t a new driver for the PC since the one released on Sept 13, 2011.
I suspect this is a significant update. MAC users…go get it!

Do you recommend the bamboo or intuos tablet?
Just getting started and trying to keep down costs.

I have never had a bamboo, so I don’t have a point of comparison. I did have an Intuos 3 and upgraded to an Intuos 4. The difference was like night and day and the upgrade was worth every penny.
I love my Intuos 4 and would recommend the product to anyone. I do understand keeping down costs. Since I have never used a bamboo, I can’t really tell you that you would be unhappy with the bamboo. I have had people in my classes that use the bamboo and do very well.
