Aaron Rutten has invited me to one of his artist’s chats. We did one before and I enjoyed it. This one will be on Friday, May 8th, at 9:30 PST time. To join, just click this link:
OK…that’s it…come on and join us. We have no idea what we are going to do…you will have to join us to find out.
I would like to join the event!

Hi Ruth, if you missed it…just click on the link on the blog and it will start playing after a minute or two. Enjoy
I’ve been trying to understand why Aaron Rutten turned off comments on all his YouTube videos. It was like a door slammed in my face since this was the only method I had for access and touching base with him on a new Wacom tablet or Painter/Rebelle/Krita updates. Since I’ve followed and recommended him to so many for years this felt strange and I’m missing his always open and available-to-everyone style. I mostly wish to understand why this happened and hope he didn’t come under troll attacks because he has done so much for the art community, is amazingly knowledgeable, and is an all-time favorite digital advocate and enthusiast of mine.
Hi, I haven’t heard why Aaron turned off his comments. I am sure he has a good reason.
I suppose so Skip, but I truly miss Aaron’s candor and wish I had more time to devote to his channel but I can’t seem to get enough done anymore. Even my DAA tutorials have been on hold waiting for me to get back to them but either way, I’m glad to have them for when I’m feeling better. Even if I never can get to do them it was the least I could do to donate for all the help and kindness everyone has shown there. Karen is so precious and gracious, even when I’m confused and lost and I love being around so many talented artists. I’m happy to see you back too!
Thank you Lynn.
